Return/Exchange Policy:
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you receive a damaged, tampered, or incorrect item, we'll exchange it for you. Please send us an unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving your parcel to officialarzyoh@gmail.com or contact@arzyoh.com, along with your order number, email, name, phone number, and/or Instagram ID.
Exchange Process:
Once we receive your complaint and unboxing video, we'll assess it within 48 working hours.
- If approved, we'll provide a digital shipping label.
- Please pack the item securely, as received, and ship it back to us.
- We'll dispatch the new item after reviewing the returned package.
Exchange Due to Size Issue:
For size-related exchanges, such as rings and bangles, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.
- Contact us to initiate the exchange process, self-ship the item, and share tracking details.
- Once received, we'll discuss shipping charges for sending the correct size.
Refund Process:
Refunds are rare but issued as a coupon code valid for one year.
We don't accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.
Refunds aren't available for earrings or nose pieces due to hygiene.
Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. We honor cancellations if your order hasn't been dispatched.
